Building a regional brand advice proposition

For Newcastle Building Society, we have worked on a number of projects including developing and delivering the strategy for their financial advice proposition post the Retail Distribution Review. This included a range of customer-facing materials articulating the service in clear and straight-forward language. The success of this project was demonstrated by the very uptake of their ongoing advice service.

Big thinking

We developed the thinking for their existing customer seminars and created a proposition around ‘The Big Talk’ across a range of subject areas relevant to their customers. This resulted in a series of Big Talk customer seminars with presentation materials to support their delivery.
