We’ve been working for many years as a key partner for the UK Life Business of a major global bank [can’t say who as we’re under NDA] demonstrating our ability to deliver value across a range of integrated marketing and digital projects including:

New website

We planned, designed and built the new adviser and customer facing website for the business. This included all journey mapping, copy writing, optimisation for search and developing a range of value added content and tools. We provide ongoing support and site hosting and play a key role in the development of the digital strategy supporting growth in the Life Protection and Investment Bond sectors.

Self-service customer experience and journey

We helped design and build key stages of a protection self-service journey for the Business Protection market. This included a ground-breaking approach to checking customer understanding 8 years before The Consumer Duty was even conceived.

Videos

We’ve planned, story-boarded, scripted, designed and built a range of videos for the client as part of our content marketing support for the brand.

Marketing communications

We pride ourselves on our multi-channel integrated approach to marketing and it’s a natural stretch across online and offline marketing communications. For the client, we’ve designed, copy-written and delivered a range of sales aids, brochures including advertising assets. We have also developed and delivered our concept of ‘Interactive Brochures’ which greatly enhance user engagement compared to traditional flat brochureware.

Tools and calculators

We love the challenge of finding new ideas to engage online users and for the client we have developed B2B and B2C tools including a Wrapper Comparison Calculator, Pre-Underwriting assessment tools, Keyman calculators, plus a Money Calendar and Planner for customers new to banking.

Content marketing

We are proactive in the idea creation for new content and understand the power of ‘create once and use many times’. For the brand we have input to their Content Calendar, developed new ideas for their Thought Leadership Strategy and been hands-on in the delivery of articles and other content for their website.

Marketing strategy and planning

We thrive helping clients in their planning cycle and are regularly invited to support the Marketing Planning for the client. We bring our challenger approach to the table asking the awkward questions when needed and helping build out the rationale for new initiatives as well as supporting the definition of ROI, deliverables and budgets.
